Steve Harsham is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Tecore Networks. Mr. Harsham is an innovative technology leader with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Harsham joined Tecore Networks in 1999 and is responsible for the company’s product roadmap for multi-technology mobile networks and technology evolution. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the design, development and deployment of mobile and fixed networks. In his previous role at Tecore he served as Vice President of Operations architecting and deploying innovative solutions to address customer and market requirements. This included the design, requirements definition and verification for new products, field service, training and Project Management. He has also led the Customer Response Center and Production departments, as well as being heavily involved in customer service satisfaction and facilities development, set-up, and management processes.

Prior to joining Tecore, Mr. Steve Harsham served Siemens Stromberg-Carlson (Nokia Networks) by managing the Wireless Standardization Systems Engineering department and Software Engineering and verification groups for their US Wireless Product Line. Mr. Harsham has also managed wireline and wireless software engineering departments at Bell Northern Research (Nortel). He began his career with Bell Northern Research as a software engineer developing call processing software for their global markets. Mr. Harsham holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science and Math from Tulane University.
