Joseph Gerrity is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Tecore Networks and is responsible for Tecore’s day-to-day operations. Beginning in 1999, he served as Manager of Strategic Planning for AirNet Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: ANCC) helping to guide the Company through the IPO process before being named CFO in 2001. In 2006 Tecore Inc. acquired its longtime strategic partner – AirNet, and Mr. Gerrity was appointed CFO of Tecore Inc. Previously, Mr. Gerrity served with Harris Corporation as Controller of the Military and Aerospace Semiconductor Division supporting various programs including the Trident Missile, Hellfire, and Voyager Programs. He was a key member of the C3I (Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence) /Advanced Avionics Business Area Management Team ($100M+ annually) for Harris Government Systems Sector. This team successfully secured the LHX and ATF contracts, each with a total value projected to be a Billion Dollars in addition to supporting existing programs such as IDL, SLAM, ASW27, A12, B2 and 117A. Mr. Joseph Gerrity also served as CFO and part owner of COREdata Corporation of Florida developing and providing AINs (Advanced Intelligent Networks) for Siemen’s DCO switches. Mr. Gerrity has taught graduate level Statistics and Quantitative Methods at Florida Tech University. He holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Marquette University specializing in Operations Research.
