Tecore’s LYNX-D™ Network in a Box® provides a rapidly deployable, high-speed, 4G LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) carrier aggregation communications network to support Defense, Public Safety, and Security Force Operations. A fully integrated, self-contained, LTE Network in a Box® (NIB), the LYNX-D is an all-IP solution delivering a compact, adaptable, and cost effective end-to-end 4G LTE-A network.

Leveraging Tecore’s 25 years of experience in engineering scalable wireless networks, the LYNX-D brings commercial grade features and high-speed bandwidth to the tactical edge. The LYNX-D platform includes an integrated EPC, eNodeB(s), dual radios, and processor capable of delivering high-speed voice, messaging, and data to users operating anywhere in the world. As a standalone network, the LYNX-D can provide next generation networks to rural and remote areas that lack existing infrastructure. The LYNX-D can also integrate into existing customer networks, bringing secured, high speed 4G LTE-Advanced network extension capability to tactical operations centers, forward operating bases, mobile and emergency response units. With its robust capability set, compact form factor, and cost effectiveness, the LYNX-D addresses a broad range of application requirements for military, security, and public safety communications.


The LYNX-D is able to support LTE and provide voice, text and packet data service for users as a standalone private network or while integrated as part of a larger communications network. The LYNX’s compact size, all-IP architecture, and fully integrated EPC and eNodeB make it adaptable to air, ground, or maritime operations. The LYNX-D is scalable to the mission requirements, meeting the needs of a secure, portable 4G LTE-A network for small tactical teams as well as serving as a portable micro site for permanent or temporary bases, campuses, or operation centers. Its full feature capabilities, intuitive interface, portable form factor, and support for all LTE frequency bands are ideal for tactical, rapidly deployable, and first responder communication networks.
