Tecore Will Manage Subscriber and Application Services, Design-to-Deployment and Network Assurance While Reducing Complexity and Expense

Columbia, Md., USA – Tecore Networks, a global supplier to mobile network operators, today announced the launch of Hosted Managed Services, designed to enable the next wave of operators – ranging from new license carriers to government agencies – to rapidly offer next-generation communications services anywhere in the world. By deploying the radio access network (RAN) and plugging it via IP into Tecore’s fully operational core platform, operators can deliver sophisticated communications services including established roaming and long-distance interconnections. By further outsourcing their end-to-end network design and evolution to Tecore, they are assured that their offerings will always anticipate and adapt to market requirements.

Tecore now offers:

• Hosted Operator Services — standard core network operations and value-added services including voice and data, voicemail, SMS/MMS, roaming, prepaid, least-cost long distance, E911 and CALEA are managed on a centralized all-IP core; Tecore manages and maintains the required infrastructure, features, gateways and interconnection agreements
• Hosted Application Services — commercial or government clients can implement specialized mobile applications as managed services instead of being responsible for on-site operation; a prime example of this type of application is the Intelligent Network Access Controller (iNAC), which enables organizations to manage access to commercial networks for devices within a defined area
