Jay Salkini, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Salkini founded Tecore Networks in 1991, and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a visionary pioneer in the development of integrated services applications for distributed and scalable mobile switching platforms. In 2005 he was granted a U.S. patent for a multi-protocol mobile switching platform. He has led the company as it: recorded consistent and impressive revenue growth; expanded the product portfolio to provide turnkey infrastructure solutions including core, radio access and professional services; deployed mobile networks around the globe; and secured key industry validations including three Global Mobile (3GSM) Awards and ISO 9001:2000 certification. Previously, Mr. Salkini participated in the research and development of switching applications at Nortel and Siemens. He earned his Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering and Masters of Computer Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Joseph F. Gerrity, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gerrity serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for financial management and directing the organization’s accounting functions. He served as AirNet’s CFO and Director of Strategic Planning beginning in 1999. Prior to 1999, Mr. Gerrity served with Harris Corporation, most recently as Controller of the Military and Space Division of Harris Semiconductor. Mr. Gerrity also served as CFO of COREdata. Mr. Gerrity holds an M.S. in Management from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Management from Marquette.

Casey Joseph, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Joseph joined Tecore Networks in 1992, and serves as Chief Technology Officer at Tecore Networks. He is responsible for the company’s road map of mobile networking innovations. He is a recognized industry expert in wireless core network communications, with over 20 years of experience in the design and development of networks around the world, and several patents in process dealing with specialized mobile communications. Previously, he worked with Nortel developing software architecture for wireless communication systems. Mr. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Stephen D. Hayes, Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Hayes is Vice President and General Counsel and serves as the chief legal officer for the company. Before joining Tecore, he served as chief commercial counsel for Diveo Broadband Networks and while in private practice he specialized in commercial, corporate and telecommunications law. Mr. Hayes earned his Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University School of Law and holds a BS in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

Scott Hill, Executive Vice President, Global Commercial & Federal Sales

Mr. Hill brings a track record of sales success to Tecore Networks, including a highly profitable $500 million business development effort as the chief architect at Nextel Communications. In this capacity he guided an unmatched revenue and subscriber base growth, and led the capture and award of the largest Service-focused contract in the company’s history: the $300 million Nationwide Department of Navy contract for exclusive wireless services. Combining his extensive business career with nearly 20 years of service as a special operations officer (Navy SEAL), Scott is extraordinarily qualified to address the deployment of communications technology in response to commercial and government challenges. Scott has also served in sales leadership positions at WebSolve, Visual Networks and Financial Interactive. He has an engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, and a Master of Science in Administration (minor in finance) from University of Oklahoma / Central Michigan University (conferred jointly).

Harry Lewis, Vice President, Sales

Mr. Lewis serves as Vice President of Sales, where he is responsible for the global strategic and tactical sales planning that will support Tecore’s growth in the U.S. and International markets. Previously, Mr. Lewis worked with Nortel Networks and Alcatel where his responsibilities included the management of marketing and new business and sales development. Mr. Lewis earned an Electrical degree from Eastern Ontario Institute of Technology.

Amit Malhotra, Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Malhotra is responsible for crafting and communicating the value proposition of Tecore’s offerings to the company’s target markets. He has a broad background in wireless technologies including cellular, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, mesh and millimeter wave. Prior to this position, he was Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Accounts at Proxim Wireless. Previously, he was the Director of Marketing for the top 100 enterprise accounts at Sprint. He earned a BA at Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Steve Harsham, Director of Operations

Mr. Harsham joined Tecore in 1999, and serves as the Director of Operations. His responsibilities include management of the Customer Response Center, Information Technology, Production, Project Management and Field Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of telecommunications. He has developed software for Nortel's DMS-250 and DMS-MTX. He has also held management positions at Siemens in development and Systems Engineering. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Math from Tulane University.

Hans Morris, Controller

Mr. Morris serves as the company Controller, where he is responsible for financial management and directing the organization’s accounting functions. Previously, Mr. Morris served as a Financial Analyst and Consultant with Corvis Corporation, Controller of MSI, Inc., and Assistant Controller at PPG’s Stone Industrial Division. Mr. Morris earned his BS in Finance from Towson University.
